The Presenter Clarence Charron
His entire life, Clarence had a particular gift for reading, and building personas. It was such a niche skill that he built it into a business within the field he came from, music. Beginning as a country-folk songwriter, Clarence also has a diploma from Algonquin College in Music Industry Arts, where he was awarded the Music Business Builder award in its first year of being given out, and was asked to return and teach Music Business Management before ever walking across the stage to graduate. Past companies he has worked for include Cyber PR, Talent Nation. He frequently hosts workshops and gets calls from founders in Silicone Valley asking how his latest blog post could possibly know what they were working on. Only after Pop of Colour began taking off did he finally realize that the reason he was so good at it was because he had been building a person around himself the whole time, came out as transgender, and lives a much happier and equally colourful life with his two cats and endless tea lattes. Clarence now use these personal-building superpowers for good – to help artists turn up the volume on their natural personality to cut through the noise and build loyal fanbases.
